Report on an arts education facility, December 2022

The CIDE investigated sexual assaults on several students within the same dance/music school in France between 2013 and 2021.

Our investigation revealed that the school, by allowing its teachers total pedagogical freedom and by refraining from any preventive measures against the risk of abuse, allowed two pedocriminals to assault students for several years.

This report shows both a common modus operandi between predators but also shows the measures that could have been taken to avoid so many victims.

Pedophile networks, 2012

In 2012, the committee carried out important work on the activities it has carried out since the beginning of the 1990s. It produced a summary report, a sort of inventory of the pedophile networks, their different forms, the protections they benefit from the omerta that still surrounds them today.

This document also places the many files handled over the years by the CIDE in the context of the major cases that have made the news.
